of the Princess Alexandra National Marine Park
on Grace Bay Beach on the island of Providenciales
(Provo).
The Alexandra commands uninterrupted views
of the unrivalled, stunningly beautiful turquoise
waters and near deserted, powder white, sandy beach
of Provo's famous Grace Bay.
Accommodations:
At the Alexandra Resort & Spa,
your hardest choice is whether home will be a
studio,
a one
or two-bedroom condominium for one week or more
each year. Spacious terraces, full kitchens and
lovely furnishings all come together to set an
elegant standard in vacation homes.

units except the studios will be equipped with
full kitchens (the studios will have compact
kitchen units incorporating refridgerator, stove

At the Alexandra Resort & Spa,

Experience unparalleled diving and snorkeling,
challenging golf on a Karl Litton designed championship
course, disappearing to an uninhabited Cay or bone
fishing on the Caicos Bank. In season, (December
to March), you may encounter humpback whales of
the north Atlantic as they migrate through the
Caribbean.
The first phase of the construction of
the Alexandra Resort & Spa, consisting of
32 out of 172 Condominiums, has commenced and
is ready for occupancy. The flexible
lay out on four levels will result in a user friendly
mix of studios, one, and two bedroom units, which
may be combined to meet the space and privacy requirements
of any family size. Vacation units are available
