residential areas on the north shore side of Provo -
only a short drive from all the necessities of life like
golf, fine dining and entertainment! Neither villa home
is on some remote far side of the island where one has
to travel over miles of rocky, poorly maintained coral
roads.

you like a stunning view, Top o’ the Hill is
the hands-down choice - there is no finer view on all
of Provo. Completely private with a wonderful deck that
lets you observe Provo’s barrier reef from one
end to the other as well as seeing the boats into Turtle
Cove harbor.

you love the beach, Casaurina Villa is your choice
- just 500 feet from
Grace Bay’s Pelican Beach,
and with nobody on it. Walk 1/2 mile along the beach
and you’re in the midst of Club Med, Ocean Club
and all the other resorts on Grace Bay.
