1) All units are equipped with a built in dishwasher except for the one bedroom unit on the 2nd floor.
2)Air-conditioning is available at an additional weekly charge of $95.00, $195.00 & $395.00 for the 1, 2, & 3 bedroom units respectively.. Many of our repeat guests feel that air-conditioning is not required and therefore we allow the guests the choice of this option. A 10% service charge will be applied for all units requesting daily maid service.
3) A private line telephone is provided in every unit. A credit card is required to place operator assisted long distance calls. Local calls are free.
4) A key and security deposit is required in the form of a credit card imprint upon check-in.
5) The laundy room is open to all our guests who are with us two weeks or more. A laundry service rate card is to be found in every unit.
