Two King Suites
- Living Room - formal furnishings, Queen Ann couch, love seat,
gent's and ladies chair, with antique mirror. Very cozy and light
with antique carpet.
- Indoor dining area is open to the living room, table is glass
with marble base, seats 6, antique china cabinet and two break fronts
for serving.
- Salon Bar is separated from the living/dining room with french
doors. The bar is mahogany with marble top with pass through doors
to the kitchen. There are two walls with glass from floor to ceiling
and wonderful view of Marigot Bay, hillside and ocean. Furnishings
are wicker with peach and coral seashell pattern cushions, a very
cozy light room. Equipment includes TV, VCR, Stereo with tape and CD
changer, satellite radio and international telephone line available
on request.
- POOL Size is approximately 15x25 Depth: 8 feet with standing
and sitting ledges. Deck around pool has 7-8 lounge chairs, stereo
speakers and extension telephone which can be put out on request.
- Kitchen - Well equipped modern appliances, microwave, oven,
stove, large refrigerator /freezer with ice maker. Place setting for
12, pots, pans and utensils. Kitchen is built in a galley style with
serving pass though to the bar. Gas BBQ is available on request.
- Beach Access - The path to the beach at base of property is
only for the adventurous. There is a small sand patch and good
snorkeling.
- Back deck has wonderful view of the bay and ocean. Furnishings
include table, 2 recliner chairs and 6 lounge chairs. Deck is
lighted for evening and entertaining. Large covered deck next to
swimming pool overlooking the bay, furnished with dining table and
lounge chairs.
- Electronic equipment is located under bar in the salon.
Equipment includes a 27 inch TV/VCR, Satellite changer for all villa
TV's (cable channels include Starz, HBO, Cinimax, Disney and CNN
Sports) and stereo equipment with room selector (radio, tape player
and CD). Guest will want to bring their own tapes and CD's. Movies
can be rented from local shops in both French and English.
- PRIVACY/ SERVICE - The guardians live in a studio Maison de
Kifi on property, phone 27 65 51, provide maid service daily 9am -
11 am except Sunday, airport transit assistance and will arrange
for other personal services as requested. Maison de Britton at top
of property and La Belle Aurore Studio at the bottom of property are
occupied by guests. Guest of La Belle Aurore have complete privacy
and personal use of pool and terraces.
SLEEPING SUITES:
LA BELLE AURORE MASTER SUITE King Rice poster bed,
Jacuzzi bath tub, sifting room and overlook balcony with views of
ocean, bay and hillside. The bathroom has large shower enclosed with
glass blocks and view of ocean. Suite is large and has TVNCR,
stereo/CD speaker, AC with remote control, ceiling fan, intl phone
and fax.
LA BELLE AURORE QUEEN SUITE King Carpenter canopy bed with
private deck overlooking the pool, ocean, bay and hillside. Bathroom
has antique fixtures and large glass block shower. Suite has TV, VCR
and stereo/CD.
