Reservations made less than 30 days prior to anival require full payment within 4 days of reservation. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival. Final payments can only be refunded if villa or beach house is rebooked for the exact period cancelled therefore travel insurance is recommended.
