Long Bay Hotel excels in
offering interesting food, fine wine and delicious cocktails. Our
Antiguan cooks, trained at the culinary institute of America offer
hearty breakfasts, casual lunches at the Beach House and goumet
evening dining at The Turtle Restaurant.
BEDROOMS
are spacious and comfortably furnished in an island style with grass
rugs, cane furniture and large private balconies overlooking the
lagoon. Deluxe rooms are on the second floor and have ceiling fans
for your comfort.
THE ROUND
HOUSE SUITE a rustic,
hexagonal, wooden West Indian cottage with lots of windows and
sunshine - private patio, four poster queen bed - kitchenette -
shower room.
THE HILL HOUSE
SUITE a large cathedral
ceilinged, queen bedded studio, tucked into the side of the hill with
attractive balcony, bathroom and walk-in dressing room.
THE CLIFF HOUSE
COTTAGE is positioned above
the main hotel and has a twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and separate
living room with 2 sofa beds. Ideal for a family.
THE VIEW HOUSE
COTTAGE is also positioned
high above the main hotel with a large wooden deck offering
spectacular views of both the Bay and the Ocean. The View House has a
queen bedroom with in-suite bathroom, a kitchen and large living area
with 2 sofa beds and a separate bathroom. Ideal for 2 couples or a
family.
THE HARBOR HOUSE
COTTAGE is a traditional
hip-roofed house right next to the dock with private patio; open-plan
king bedroom, bathroom and large living area with kitchen, dining
area and relaxation space and 2 sofa beds.
THE BAY FRONT
VILLA is an extremely
attractive property to the south of the main hotel buildings,
situated at the apex of the Bay, the villa offers total privacy and
peace. The villa comprises: A garden and large wooden sun deck with
great views - the deck links the main villa with the master
bedroom.
MAIN HOUSE is open plan; kitchen, living/dining area with double sofa
bed, queen bedroom and shower room.
MASTER BEDROOM is adjacent to the Main House, twin bedroom, en-suite
shower room and large dressing area.
THE ANNEX is a simple,
rustic wooden studio on the Villa grounds offering twin bedroom and
shower room.

PLEASANT
ON
ARRIVAL - Take a taxi from the
Airport to Long Bay Hotel - $22.00 US approximately for 2 persons.
Long Bay Hotel is 30 minutes from the Airport and St. Johns on a new,
smooth road!
DRESS
- is Casual... Shirts or Wraps at lunch. No shorts after 7:00pm.
Gentleman long pants and shirts with collar in the evening.
ROOM
SERVICE - Limited Room Service
is available - Breakfast and Special Occasion Diners.
LAUNDRY
- Next day service - weather permitting!
FRONT
DESK - can arrange car rental,
yacht charter, golf, horseback riding, sightseeing, island tours and
island hopping.
CHILDREN
- are welcome in cottages; we can arrange baby-sitting; we offer an
early, simple supper for people aged 13 and under as our Cocktail Bar
and Turtle Restaurant become "child-free zones" after 7:00pm... much
to most parents delight!
TIPPING
- all employees receive a portion of the gratuity pool created by the
service charge on guest accounts. Therefore additional tipping is not
necessary but at your discretion for exemplary service.
