Reservations will be confirmed after receipt of a three night deposit which covers the first and last two nights of the reservation.

If you are booking three or more accommodations, or for a period of over 28 days, a 50% deposit is required.

Deposit is refundable if written notice is received 21 days prior to arrival. Deposits only accepted in U.S. Dollar check or bank draft.

Once at Long Bay, You may settle your account with cash, amex, Visa, Master Card or Travellers checks.

Check-in 2:00 P.M., Check-Out 12:00 noon, Late Check-out if available at extra cost, charges strictly enforced.

If you ask us to hold space for you, we will expect your deposit within two weeks or your reservation will be cancelled.
