ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: A valid passport is generally required. Citizens of the United States or Canada (but not the United Kingdom) travelling directly from those countries to Barbados may be admitted without a passport for a period not exceeding three months upon production of a birth certificate and current photo identification. A valid return ticket to the country of origin is required of all passengers. Visas are required for citizens from Eastern European countries, the People's Republic of China, Taiwan, Pakistan, the non-Commonwealth countries of Africa and all South American countries except Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela.
