Double occupancy rates are for two persons, either king or twin beds with three meals daily, wines with lunch and dinner and all on-island activities ( beside the motorized boats ).

NOT  INCLUDED : BAR, TELEPHONE, BOUTIQUE ETC.

Single occupancy rates are $75 less and triple occupancy $150 more than double occupancy.

Rent-the-Island rates include accommodations in fifteen double rooms and North Beach Cottage, plus exclusive use of our facilities. Special arrangements are made to suit each group.

North Beach Cottage is a one bedroom exciting hideaway beach house with its own living room and kitchen, open and covered terraces and a private sea pool. Rates are for double occupancy and include beverages and use of a golf cart. It includes all of your meals ( with limited room service ) The fridge is stocked with the basics for your convenience, All liquor charges, not only wines and the use of a golf cart to get you around the island.

A 17% tax and service charge is added to your bill. There is no additional tipping. Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.

R A T E S  I N C L U D E: Three meals per day; afternoon tea and coffee; wines with lunch and dinner: the use of tennis courts, small sailboats, kayaks, windsurfers; snorkeling, beach and fishing equipment.

ALSO AVAILABLE: waterskiing, Fishing trips, sunset cruises,castaway picnics, tennis lessons, scuba diving and instruction, deep sea fishing, sail or motor boat charters, and boat trips to other islands.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION. Please inform our Reservations Office of your airline flight number and arrival time at Tortola's Beef Island Airport. A Guana representative will meet you at the Customs door and accompany you on the short taxi ride to the dock, where you will board a Guana launch for the I 0-minute cruise to the Island. A $25 per-person charge added to your bill covers round-trip taxi and boat transfers. If there should be a late change in your arrival time, please call the Island. If possible, schedule your airport arrival and departure between 9 am and 5 pm.

D E P 0 S I T S. To secure your reservation, we require a three-night deposit within ten days of booking. It is fully refundable if we receive cancellation notice at least thirty days before the arrival date or if we are able to re-book the space reserved. Deposits will be applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.

Deposit policy differs for bookings between December 16th and January 5th and for Rent-the-Islands, so please

verify the terms when you make your reservation. Checks should be made out to Guana Island and sent to our New York Reservations office.

Although we try to satisfy requests for specific rooms, we cannot guarantee them.

C H E C K - I N A N D C H E C K - 0 U T. Formal check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is 12 noon. You are welcome to enjoy our facilities if you arrive earlier or leave later in the day.

ATTIRE. At cocktails and dinner men usually wear slacks and sportshirts,although in the high season some prefer jacket and tie. Women wear casual evening attire: long or short skirts or long pants. Bathing suits and shorts are the usual daytime attire. Cover-ups and shoes or sandals are required at all meals, and in the main living room.

ETCETERA. We provide wash and fold laundry service with a three-day turn around. Electricity is standard U.S. 110 volt A.C. Currency in the British Virgin lslands is the U.S. Dollar.

ACCOUNT SETTLEMENT. We accept checks (personal, travelers'and business) or cash. No credit cards.

P R 0 0 F 0 F C I T I Z E N S H I P. Guests are advised to bring either a passport or an original birth certificate and photo identification for British Virgin Islands Immigration.
