Spaced thoughtfully over a 1400-acre island preserve are 72
extraordinary houses, each tastefully reflecting the West Indies
environment of Mustique Island. Currently 46 of these houses are
available for occupancy by discriminating guests who would enjoy
hillside and seascape surroundings of great natural beauty.
Liability
Each house is a private home and is made available for use of
guests by the Mustique Company Ltd. (the 'Company) as agent for the
owner. Because the houses are privately owned, the decor and
amenities of individual houses may vary, and are subject to change.
Each house is fully staffed by its owner with a cook/maid and
gardener and, in many instances, additional personnel. Each house
includes a jeep or similar vehicle - additional vehicles are
available for hire. The household staff are employees of the house's
owner and not of the Company. Neither the Company nor its agents
shall be liable for any damages arising in connection with the
services provided by any household staff member or the facilities
provided by any owner, including damages arising in connection with
the use of vehicles made available for use by guests.
Neither the owner nor the Company or its agents shall be liable
for injury or damage to a guest or to any person who uses or is in
the house, or be liable for damage to their property, except to the
extent that such damages are the direct result of the owner's or the
Company's negligence. Each guest is responsible for all acts of the
guest's family and all other persons the guest invites into the
house.
Guests must keep the house and all appliances, equipment,
furniture, furnishings and other personal property supplied therewith
clean and in good order and repair. Failure to do so will entitle the
owner, or the Company on behalf of the owner, to make appropriate
repairs at the guest's expense. However, guests are not responsible
for ordinary wear or damage by the elements. Guests must give the
Company immediate notice in case of fire or other damage to the house
or contents.

St. Vincent and 110 miles west of Barbados. It is 1 1/2 miles wide by
3 miles long and is part of the State of St. Vincent and the

therein. Mustique is a port of entry for St. Vincent and has a paved,
2500-foot airstrip with tie-down facilities for private aircraft.
There are scheduled Mustique Airways flights from Barbados and St.
Vincent. In addition, charter air services, using two-engined
aircraft are available by Mustique Airways and SVG Air. Deposits on a
villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled

reconfirmed at least 72 hours in advance. C.A.B. regulations require
that all luggage have outside identification tags. Guests are advised

and Immigration Service. Check-out time is 12 noon. All efforts are
