Recently, all of the rooms at Montpelier were
refurbished in a spacious, fresh, clean tropical style. Cool and
airy, each has a sea-facing private patio, strategically set to catch
the breeze. There are eight rooms with two double beds and nine with
king-size beds. All rooms are furnished with telephone, overhead fan,
in-room safe, hair dryer, tea and coffee makers, full bath and
shower.

The inn has a number of steps and is not suitable for the very elderly, the handicapped, or the wheel-chair bound.
Children of eight (8) years and over are welcome.
Deposit
A three nights' deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is applied to the first night and the last two nights.
Refund of Deposit
Refunds are made if reservations are cancelled in writing no less than 28 days prior to arrival ( sixty (60) days' notice is required for Christmas and New Year periods). When a deposdit has beeen paid by a credit card, the refund will be the amount debited less 4%, retained in order to cover credit card processing expenses.
No Shows & Cancellations
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation fees, which are as follows: For 'no shows' and cancellations within 28/60 days of booked arrival, a charge of three nights' room rate will be levied. In case of early check outs, the three nights' deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the room is resold for the full period of the booking, there will be no cancellation charge.
Dress Code
Dress at the Montpelier ranges from casual chic to informal. Jacket and tie are not required and not often worn. Men wear long trousers in the evening. A light cardigan is advisable for winter dining.

General
Check Out Time is 12:00 noon. Check In Time is 2:00pm.Cash, Travellers Cheques, Visa and Mastercard are accepted as payment.
- All services, including the provision of food and drink, are provided under the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis.
- Montpelier's proprietors (and its staff) will provide information in good faith or make suggestions with regard to the hiring of cars and other activities off the property. Guests participate in these activities at their own risk.
Getting There
There are international flights to Antigua, Puerto Rico, or St. Martin, via American Airlines, Air Canada, Air France, British Airways, BWIA, Lufthansa, Continental and KLM. Connecting service is provided by American Eagle, LIAT, and Windward Air to St. Kitts. Charter flights can be arranged and are recommended between Antigua and Nevis (25 minutes) and St. Kitts and Nevis (7 minutes). There is limited ferry service between St. Kitts and Nevis.
Taxi fare between the airport and hotel is US$25.00; to town from the hotel is US$10.00.
