It is all encompassing. It’s the charm, the
excitement and the cultures of two foreign countries living peaceably
side by side on one romantic Caribbean island. It is walking down the
street in a quaint Dutch town with colorful small homes nestled next
to fine shops. It is driving cross island to the French side (past a
border that is practically non-existent). The countryside changes but
not the friendliness. Now you are in a French village reminiscent of
many of the provinces. It is the worlds finest beaches, superb
restaurants, unsurpassed sports and entertainment - everything for

Jubelibra is one of our newest villas located on the
Dutch side of the island. We have selected this unusual name
in honor of our four daughters, Julie, Betsy Lisa and
Deborah.

Jubelibra is located directly on the ocean, facing the
spectacular sunset, in Pelican Key Estates. It is located in
a small development of only 17 villas each with its very own
private swimming pool. Mullet Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay
are the nearest beaches. Our villa offers you three
air-conditioned bedrooms along with three bathrooms, a fully
equipped kitchen, living room and dining area and of course
a great deal of outdoor space for you to enjoy. Bring your
snorkeling, fishing and scuba gear along with you or rent it
on the island.

We are the end unit and have complete privacy. Maid
service is provided 6 days per week except for government
holidays. The house is beautifully furnished with everything
we could think of to make your stay as easy and carefree as
possible. We have a telephone for your convenience so that
you can make local calls or receive long distance calls.

We have Cable TV with a VCR and a stereo system with a
cassette and CD player. Outside there is a charcoal grill so
you can cook the fish you catch from our deck.

Island Information St. Martin / St. Maarten:
The weather is 72'-85'F with sunshine year round. Dress is
informal to casual everywhere and is optional at some beaches and at
home. U.S. Dollars, French Francs, Antilles Guilders, Travelers
checks and credit cards are accepted most everywhere so there is no
need to exchange your money. Proof of citizenship is required for
immigration reasons. Free port shopping in St. Maarten offers
bargains in electronics, clothing, liquor, watches, etc. There are
over 300 world class restaurants as well as some very excellent local
ones to choose from. For entertainment St. Maarten offers discos,
comedy clubs, casinos, evening shopping, etc.
