La Casita is a delightful waterfront villa located on the Dutch side of the island. It is directly on the ocean and it is a short walk to a swimming beach. Burgeaux Bay, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay are the nearest beaches. Bring your snorkeling, fishing and scuba equipment with you or rent it on the island. Tennis, and all watersports are only minutes away from this tropical paradise. There are many supermarkets on the island with a very wide selection of foods.

La Casita offers three air-conditioned bedrooms for your sleeping comfort and three bathrooms with U.S. current. A multiple speed ceiling fan is located in each room. CableTVand a VCR are also available. Maid service is provided 6 days per week except for government holidays. A telephone is provided for local calls.

La Casita is tastefully and comfortable furnished with a mixture of rattan and eclectic accessories. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room which seats 6 to 8 people and a covered outdoor living-dining atrium. You can also enjoy your own private 32 foot swimming pool next to the sea along with a large private sun deck and lovely gardens. We provide a charcoal grill for your convenience.

The weather is 72'-85'F with sunshine year round. Dress is informal to casual everywhere and is optional at some beaches and at home. U.S. Dollars, French Francs, Antilles Guilders, Travelers checks and credit cards are accepted most everywhere so there is no need to exchange your money. Proof of citizenship is required for immigration reasons. Free port shopping in St. Maarten offers bargains in electronics, clothing, liquor, watches, etc. There are over 300 world class restaurants as well as some very excellent local ones to choose from. For entertainment St. Maarten offers discos, comedy clubs, casinos, evening shopping, etc.
