DEPOSIT/PAYMENT

INDIVIDUAL: 33% of the charter rate is due within 10 working days of reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

GROUPS: Within 10 working days of reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due. 9 months prior to departure, a second deposit of $2,000 is due. 6 months prior to departure, individual deposits for half the vessel are due. 120 days prior to departure, individual deposits for the whole vessel are due. 60 days prior to departure, final payment is due.

INSURANCE: Every effort is made to insure you have a safe trip, however, we do recommend the purchase of a short term cancellation insurance policy in case of unexpected changes in your plans. We also recommend accident, medical, diving and baggage insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

INDIVIDUALS: If a cancellation is made:

  1. 91 or more days prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  2. 90-61 days prior to departure, 33% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  3. 60 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available.

GROUPS: The group cancellation policy requires that penalties apply for cancellations made after the group cancellation date but before final payment date. The group cancellation date is 120 days prior to departure.

  1. The deposit of $3,000 is forfeited if a full group cancels after the group cancellation date.
  2. If individuals cancel from a group charter:
    1. 120-91 days prior to departure, 20% of the individual charter rate is forfeited.
    2. 90-61 day prior to departure, 33% of the individual charter rate is forfeited.
    3. 60 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available.

Aggressor Fleet Ltd. understands the changeable nature of group bookings. If the group leader keeps Aggressor Fleet informed of changing group numbers, every effort will be made to help fill the group charter, however, we reserve the right to cancel a charter due to an insufficient number of passengers.
